1. Broker Role
Asap Logistics Inc. is a licensed freight broker, NOT a carrier.
2. Services
We arrange transportation between shippers and carriers.
3. Limitation of Liability
We are NOT liable for cargo loss, damage, or delay.
Claims must be filed with carriers.
4. Payment Terms
Late payments may incur fees. Services may be suspended.
5. Shipper Responsibilities
Accurate details, proper packaging, legal compliance required.
6. Non-Circumvention
No bypassing broker for 12 months.
Penalty: 15% freight value or $5,000 minimum.
7. Indemnification
You agree to hold us harmless from claims and damages.
8. Force Majeure
Not liable for delays due to uncontrollable events.
9. Confidentiality
All business data must remain confidential.
10. Governing Law
Indiana law applies. Jurisdiction: Johnson County, IN.
